Losing weight in a quick and easy way


 
Many people get stressed because of overweight, or usually called "obesity". They get fatter and fatter everyday because of les exercise, eating junk food and drinking soft drink. Not healthy life style force people to take anything which actually doesn’t give benefit for body. The people feel helpless after knwong they can't lose their weight in a second. Even worse, many people take medicine and suplement to lose their weight, eventhough they know those may endanger their health. Doing hard exercise for several hours at weekedn is not method for losing witgh, because it gives bad impact to human heart. So, what is the best and fastest way to lose weight? The anser is healthy life syle.
What is healthy life style? Actually everybody know what is healthy llife style even they don’t realize it, even some people ignore it. There are several steps in order to have healthy life style, they are:
1. always taking healthy food and drink. Vegetables, fresh fruit, and taking much water are very good way to keep our body health, because they contain so much nutrition, minerals, fiber, and vitamin, which help our body to get out bad thing like colestorel, fat, toxic from our body through our digestive system. Even taking healthy food and drink don’t make us losing weight instantly, at least they make us healthy and ready for the next losing weight step.
2. doing routine soft exercise. Amny people have wrong percepton about health. They think hard exercise for several hours at wekend will lose their weight. It doesn’t work for many people. The best way to lose weight quickly is to have soft exercise any time and anywhere. The example of daily activitied which may lose weight effectively is to go to place where we can reach by bike or on foot by going by bike or on foot. More we walk and we ride, less fat we burn.
When we unify the two methods above, we will live healthy and lose weight easily and in very cheap way.
