THE BENEFITS OF EXERCISE FOR US.

There are so many benefits of doing exercise for our bodies. Having routine exercise at least 10 minutes every day is able to make a fresher mind, reduced stress, healthier body, and lead to feelings of happiness. Besides the benefits of exercise for us to make a smooth blood circulation, burn fat and calories, and reduce the risk of high blood pressure and obesity. Ten minutes daily exercise is much better than an hour tough exercise at weekend only.
Here are five benefits of daily exercise for us:

1. Improving confidence
Generally, the more proficient person in an exercise activity type, then the confidence will increase. Even a research proves that teens who actively exercise feel more confident than his friends who did not perform similar activities. Doing exercise, especially in public, can make people be more sociable.

2. Reduce the risk of stress
Exercise can reduce anxiety and stress. Even further, exercise can help us control our anger and emotion. For example, aerobic exercise can increase the ability of the heart and make you to cope with stress quicker and better. Simple activities like walking, swimming, biking, and running are the best and cheapest way to reduce stress which usually caused by jobs in office and daily life problem.

3. Improve the ability of brain cells
Regular physical exercise can improve concentration, creativity, and mental health, because exercise can increase the amount of oxygen in the blood and accelerating the flow of blood to the brain. Many experts believe that these things can lead to physical and mental reactions better. Our muscle will be trained better and be stronger after having routing exercise. "No pain, no gain" is a good term to show this point.

4. Help delay the aging process
Research shows that a simple exercise like walking regularly can help reduce mental decline in women over 65 years. The more frequent and longer they do eat more slow mental decline. Reportedly, many people feel the benefits after nine weeks of activities that do it regularly three times a week. This exercise should not be done in a high intensity; quite a walk around the house.

5. Raise the endurance
As we love to do sports though not too long but often with a relaxed do that, then that activity can increase good hormones in the brain such as adrenaline, serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins. This hormone plays an important role in increasing human endurance. Studies conducted in Britain showed that 83 percent of people who have mental disorders rely on exercise to improve mood and reduce anxiety. For people who suffer from mild depression and moderate exercise at least 16 weeks can cause the same effect as swallowing antidepressants like Zoloft and Prozac. One study found that 60 percent of depressed people who do sports for four months with a frequency of three times a week and every workout for 30 minutes can overcome these symptoms without medication. Although classified as an effectual step but by no means the treatment can be stopped immediately, especially for those who are severely depressed.
